The Nuqul Group Corporate Integrity Hotline is an independent and anonymous system whereby employees can report unethical business behaviors which do not comply with Nuqul Group Code of Conduct directly to the Board of Directors. While you are encouraged to report compliance issues directly to your immediate supervisor, Nuqul Group recognizes that this may not always be an option and has made available the Hotline for this reason.

Communications to the Hotline are not traced and the information is treated in a confidential manner. You do not have to reveal your identity to call the Hotline. No one will know you called unless you tell them or you willingly identify yourself during the call. Nuqul Group strictly prohibits retaliation against employees who raise concerns regarding unethical business behaviors or any violations to the company policies and procedures

The Hotline is available to all Nuqul Group employees working at facilities inside The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or in any country where the Group has operations.
